I did not read about this. I lived it.

For 20 years I built one thing. A smart home and AV company in Los Angeles.

Not a side project. A real company. Trucks, crews, payroll, and clients who expected perfection on a deadline. Together with my business partner, we built it into a multi-million dollar operation.
